Jamie has been a registered trademark agent for almost 15 years and has provided her expertise to large corporations for the first 10 years of her career.

Not being fulfilled in her role with multi-million dollar companies and knowing her true calling was to help entrepreneurs and small businesses get the quality Trademark Services they deserved with having to invest thousands to do so. She knew she could help entrepreneurs and small businesses get out in front of their big brand competitors and secure their brands without breaking the bank.

Shawn Shadow

TRADEMARK ADMINISTRATOR

Shawn Shadow uses his law school education and over 20 years experience in International trademark prosecution and administration to help Trademark Depot and its clients navigate the unique world of international trademarks.

Shawn manages and keeps the Trademark Depot team advised on all deadlines as well as keeping an eye on overall portfolio goals. Additionally, he advises the Trademark Depot team on the unique challenges of U.S. trademark prosecution and management.

Liz Oliner

U.S. TRADEMARK ATTORNEY

Liz Oliner specializes in navigating the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and has helped hundreds of small businesses and entrepreneurs register federal trademarks. She has a B.A. in English literature from Yale University and a J.D. from Yeshiva University’s Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

Liz is a 5-star attorney on UpCounsel, a nationally recognized network of top lawyers. She has worked in both intellectual property and trademark enforcement for Estée Lauder and Jack Daniel’s with previous experience in commercial real estate and as a journalist at CBS News.
